Welcome to Beis 3770

After years of being without a shul and community, Shabbos at home with the kids became difficult and somewhat monotonous week after week. Our family yearned for togetherness, community, spirituality, and all the benefits a shul community offers. Most importantly, we wanted our kids to grow up in a vibrant community with kids’ programs and the opportunity to make many friends to share Shabbos with each week.

With years of experience behind him heading a shul and heavily influenced by the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s vision, Avigdor Zev dreamt of starting something of his own - a shul where every Jew felt warmly welcomed and cared for, regardless of their background, level of observance, or sect. A true extension of his family’s home.

For months we drove past what is now Beis 3770 and saw its “for sale” sign - a corner lot across from a public high school and off a busy road. Not the most ideal location for a home but perfect for a shul. Without much of a plan, we made an appointment with the realtor to view the property. With a vision in mind and his wife’s blessing, Avigdor Zev felt it could work. Months of planning, construction, renovations, and landscaping went by, and almost 9 months later 3770 was finally ready to open its doors.

On Sukkot 2022, we went for it. We officially started what is now a community we could never imagine living without. To date, our community has organically and exponentially grown. Word of mouth has brought in so many incredible families who share with us that they feel right at home. New friendships have been forged, and many members who hadn’t set foot in a shul for years on end are now regulars. There’s truly something special about this community.

We are working hard everyday to bring more and more minyanim, classes, kids’ programs and events, and, of course, to keep the best kiddush in town going strong. To sustain and maintain our shul, we rely on the support and involvement of our community. Your contributions, both in terms of financial support and active engagement, are crucial in ensuring the continued growth and vibrancy of our synagogue. 

We want to announce and warmly invite you to become an official member of Beis 3770. With your annual membership, you will play a vital role in laying the foundation of our new community. The creation of this shul has been the most invaluable addition to our family’s lives, and we want you to experience the same. With G’d’s help, together we should all go from simcha to simcha, grow a community in which deep friendships are formed, meaningful connections are made, and unwavering support is always within reach.
